This is a relatively new function for HERON in the UK and growth of over 40% per year for the last three years suggests that our clients and potential clients value our services and for HERON means that they need and deserve a personal service tailored to their precise requirements.  A mutual understanding of client requirements and HERON’s ability to deliver within an agreed budget is developed during discussions with our business development department. In the broad field of Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), Rina Karia, Business Development Manager will be your primary contact. Rina was promoted from within and has a deep understanding of our clients’ technical requirements and is supported by business development analysts to provide dedicated support during proposal generation and discussions.
