Led by Peter Hempshall and supported by a highly talented senior team in both the UK and US offices boasting over 50 combined years of experience, HERON’s Pricing & Market Access Business Unit now has over 30 staff in the two offices. The creation of such a large unit in little over a year represents one of the most ambitious growth strategies in the industry and was in response to the identification of a strong market opportunity and a determined organizational goal to develop a strategic practice in conjunction with our technical heritage. Recognising we required external expertise to deliver this goal a year-long executive recruitment campaign is now coming to a successful conclusion. By creating such a large unit, so quickly HERON has outpaced larger competitors wishing to enter this space and has the unique advantage of being the only organisation that has developed a Pricing and Market Access strategic offering in genuine synch with technical expertise and experience.
