HERON Evidence Development Ltd is based in the UK and has offices in Luton and London. These offices serve as the functional centre for the group of companies and the base for European operations.

HERON Evidence Development LLC, based in New Jersey, USA, is home to HERON's US Pricing and Market Access and Business Development functions.

HERON Health PVT Ltd is one of HERON's largest operational groups. The team here provides data-analytics services in systematic reviews and meta-analyses. Additionally, this office is expected to support outsourcing for healthcare industry functions in the future.

HERON Evidence Development AB is HERON's newest business. Based in Stockholm, this group supports economic evaluations and HTA submissions in Northern Europe.
