Triple-digit Growth in US Sales Leads to Expansion of US Team

HERON is pleased to announce the addition of Debi Susalka and Amanda McAlister to the US team. Both, Amanda and Debi, will allow HERON to continue to provide service excellence, and strategic account management support through a continued period of high growth. This will ensure that HERON remains able to meet new and existing clientsâ� business objectives.

 

As Director of Business Development, Debi will be responsible for identifying and developing domestic and global business from new and existing clients within pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device companies. As a strategic partner she will work in collaboration with clients to identify the optimal HERON service offerings and expertise to fulfill an established need. During a project she will serve as liaison between HERON and the client, and with the internal teams to ensure that new business is translated into projects that are implemented to meet established time lines and budgets.

 

As a Business Development Analyst, Amanda will serve to provide research for disease areas and products of relevance for proposal development. Additionally, Amanda will incorporate accurate and reliable systematic review scoping search strategies in multiple database platforms to provide ongoing background research regarding current and prospective client product portfolios, to help maintain contemporary industry intelligence.
