HERON to present at ISPOR Asia-Pacific Conference

HERON is pleased to announce that two abstracts submitted by Heron Health PVT have been accepted for presentation at the 3rd International Society for Pharmacoeconomic and Outcomes Research (ISPOR) Asia-Pacific Conference. This is the first time that HERON will have presented work at the ISPOR Asia-Pacific Conference, and the acceptance of these abstracts is a credit to skills and hard work of the staff at the recently opened Chandigarh office. The meeting will take place in Seoul, Korea on 7-9 September 2008.

Analyst Rumjhum Agrawal will be presenting the results of a study into the success of the leprosy eradication programme under the National Rural Health Mission and the adequacy of funds available for the eradication of leprosy from India.

Mayank Bhanderi and colleagues report on the prevalence and the factors governing the selection of quality of life as an outcome measure in randomised controlled trials of chronic disease conditions.
